Our robot is starting to take shape! The mechanical team has built the robot chassis and battery box, and has made great progress on both the bumpers and intake system. Meanwhile, the electrical team has been working hard on the electrical boards. They’re working on securing system components and creating wires for the boards. Our programming team has also been doing some great work on coding the basic functions for the robot, and are now working on autonomous code that allows them to calculate the distance they’ve driven and determine direction using a gyroscope!
